EW Group is increasingly working on many levels of equality and diversity with clients in the area of criminal justice, including the police, courts, Probation Service and legal practices.
Projects have included training in recruitment and selection, diversity training and Equality Impact Assessments – all aimed at equipping staff to meet high standards of practice in relation to diversity.
The modular approach to much of the training we provide is highly relevant to the regulatory environment in which these clients are working and is consistent with The Business Excellence Model advocated by the Probation Service.
